		<description>Aside from the above platform support issues, I haven&#039;t had any problems with BackupExec, have used it for several years and it has never missed a beat. Mainly used it with HP Ultrium 2 and 3 drives but also used it with an Overland/Sony autoloader with great success.

Other the HP OmniBack it has been the only enterprise backup product that has actually not fallen apart or relied on custom scripts to work properly.</description>

Seriously, I had a lot of problems trying to get them to actually support their own product - they kept trying to blame it on our incompetence, which it wasn&#039;t down to (at least this time).</description>
