Worst Best Man... EVER!

If prizes were handed out for those people who were the worst at partular roles in life I think I would probably be up there in the Worst Best Man chart. Yesterday evening Catherine was in pain, really suffering from something… so I phoned the doctor who says it sounds much like gastroenteritis, all she could suggest was that she gets pleanty of fluid and doesn’t eat anything… so this morning I wake up at about 5AM in major pain… oh crap!...

Month of Madness!

This month could possibly be the busiest month of my life, I am feeling quite stressed as it is because Catherine has been feeling much worse with her arms, so I have been doing more round the house. Starting a new job is always tiring particularly when you have a 1 hour round trip by foot to get there and back. My body was rebelling against me over the weekend, I ached from head to toe and honestly don’t feel rested in the slightest....

Microwave Banana and Rasin Sponge

Ingredients 2 Bananas 100g self raising flour 100g butter or Margarine 100g sugar 2 Eggs half a tsp of baking soda milk as required Instructions Put the bananas in a microwavable bowl, and soften in the microwave for 4 minutes. Cream the butter and the sugar together, add the eggs, flour and baking soda slowly and beat to an almost pourable mix. sprinkle the rasins over the bananas and pour over the sponge mix....

I am heading up to London to visit Catherine for the weekend, I do have net access but I doub’t I will spend any time on it. I want to spend some quality time with Catherine as I am not getting to see her as much any more. I will be back monday to work on my disseratation.
